On April 22, take part in the 2nd Annual Run for Heroes 5K starting at 9:22 a.m. at the Village Green Pavilion. The Greater Waldorf Jaycees are raising funds and awareness for our local veterans.

Sadly, about 22 veterans take their own lives every single day as a result of PTSD. This run aims to help shine a light on this national issue and raise money to help veterans in the Indian Head community. Registration fees are $22, and you can find more information on the event's Facebook page.
